Did You Vote Yet?

Where did you vote?
Was it crowded?
Who'd you vote for? Why?
Let's discuss, but first go vote.

Thank you.

I voted last Sunday at Lions Field in San Antonio. Medium light crowd, lots of cars with Obama stickers. Lots of people smiling--apparently excited to be voting.
I never felt so good about voting in my life.

Haven't voted yet. I do it Tuesday here in my red county so I can use my telephoto lens and take pictures if there are lines. ;)

My husband and I voted absentee-in-person September 22, the first day we could in our city. Took five minutes, no lines, no drama. Today, however, the lines were outrageous starting an hour before the polling place opened (there's only one absentee polling place where we live; I have a feeling that will change very soon after the election).

I'm going to vote Tuesday at the firehouse in our tiny burg in the country. I plan to go early in case there are lines. I'll twitter any difficulties if I have any.

I'm vote Democratic, though we don't have straight ticket voting here in GA.

I voted by mail, sent it in a few weeks ago. The Big O for prez, natch, but I left congressperson blank in protest of Barbara Lee caving on the bailout bill the second time around. There were lots of props to vote on in California, and of course I voted no on 8.

I voted absentee by mail because I thought I would be out-of-town. Obama and absolutely NO Republicans. I even voted for a Libertarian to avoid the GOP.

Voted on my birthdya, Oct. 20. Lines were long but that's a good sign.

I'm really glad to learn that so any of you have voted early.
We all know what damage the GOP can do when we dilly-dally around and wait till election day to cast our votes.
We have to stay relentless, vote, urge everyone we know to vote and try to pursuade as many undecideds as possible.
Between tax breaks for the wealthy, the $10 billion a month war, and voting with Bush 92% of the time, there have got to be enough talking points to remind everyone why John McCain would be 4 more years of Bush.
And Sarah Palin is a disaster, with less knowledge than Bush and more sliminess than Cheney. Her first amendment riff was hilarious in its inaccuracy.
Oh, and I'm thrilled to learn Dick Cheney is out on the campaign trail for McCain.
Please keep him talking- the more he speaks the better.
P.S. Liddy Dole can suck it. She's a desperate bitch who deserves to be thrown from office, nit to mention sued for defamation of character.

I completed my ballot and mailed it in this past Monday. Here in Oregon, as most of you know, all voting has been 100% by mail since 2000. I think the ballot arrived around October 15, so we have about three weeks to fill it out. Of course, with almost a dozen Propositions on the ballot, I can't imagine having sort through all that stuff in the voting booth. Close Senate race here -- I've been hearing that it has become the most expensive Senate race in the country this cycle. And that's saying something given the TV advertising rates in Portland!!! GObama!!!

I voted early a week ago. I live in a tiny Ohio town. I went in the afternoon and there was no line and no waiting. It was pretty painless and I didn't have to stand in line with idiots supporting each others fearmongering. Plus -- it felt really good to fill in that box for Obama. And hey, I'm a white guy! F*ck your Bradley effect FIX News! ;-)

We haven't yet. I've been down with the flu for two weeks and have been going crazy here at home. I am spending way too much time online going from place to place, checking polls, and doing other things to keep my fever high.

We'll probably go down to the town hall on Monday.

I've never liked a candidate as much as I like this guy.

I mailed my ballot last week. It was a tremendous feeling! Hoping for the end to eight years of miserable leadership. I'm tired of having a bad joke for a President.

I mailed my absentee ballot back the same day I received it, over two weeks ago. Democrat - Obama of course. Without sounding cocky, I have reached a point where I am predicting a landslide!!! I want to watch McC and Palgal CRY!!!! Of course, we know Palin will say - "we didn't lose, now wait and watch is the next 100 days!"

so you're implying that Sam Not a Plumber's pad is beat ? Think he's watching Fox News or thinking about his career as a shitkick and roller now that he's done snaking white rats out of front yard traps and installing sump pumps. I hear Stevens exonerated his own self too same as Moosie Gucci did. Is there something about Alaskey that enables these shitheads to look right at the camera and say up is down and black is white and everywhere all over ?

Didn't vote yet. NY State does not do early voting. But I plan to vote early on in the day because of the expected heavy turn out. I hate waiting in lines to tell the truth, but this is one queue I would not mind standing in.

We tried to go vote three times last week. The lines were too long.

Then, we came down with the flu. I dragged my sick ass down to the office of elections today, got us both absentee ballots, and I'm dragging my sick ass back down there tomorrow to submit them.

There is no way in hell we're missing this.

St John's Methodist Church in Bellefonte, PA--straight ticket democrat. Took only about ten minutes. I was #391 out of a registered 1,200. Come on, Bellefontians! Get out there and vote for Obama!
