Oh, Andy.
CNN's Anderson Cooper levies a huge caveat for those who want to interview him: "No personal questions."
I'm pretty sure Elton John, Melissa Etheridge, Martina Navratalova, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia DiRossi, Queen Latifah, Wanda Sykes, Clay Aiken and your broadcasting colleague Rachel Maddow would all say the same thing.
Come out of the closet, Andy.
It's really okay.
No, really.

Maybe he's asexual.
If you want to see the good picture of Padma that I dind't use go to Google Images, turn off the safe search filter, and put in the words Padma nude. Ahhhhh, Padma.
no shit. Watching him banter with Donn Brazille was both excruciating and delicious. Come out already.
I don't like him at all, and this is just one of the reasons. He also tends to add so much of his own "emotions" to stories that it's like -- oh, so YOU'RE the news, Coop?
What's he afraid of? That all those conservatives who don't watch CNN won't like him?
There's a reason to come out right there, since it would give the conservatives the fantods.
Pundits are in large measure a pain--they're so damned phony. Rachel Maddow is a breath of fresh air... right out there.
i can understand that a journalist might want to keep his private life private. however, once you feel the need to have your mug on tv every fucking minute of the day, you have crossed the line into celebritard, and are no longer entitled to complete privacy. no matter what the format, anderson feels the need to be in the middle of it, so too fucking bad if people are asking questions about his life.
Sorry - I tagged you for a meme:

Side question, would Andy be a top, or a bottom? Like DUH, he keeps doing stuff with Kathy Griffith - so "ahem".
He's got a huge painting of his mother Gloria Venderbilt hanging over his bed.
Gay enough for ya?!
Zippie, you are so well informed.
Did you subject yourself to the so-called Farewell Address this evening?
I just read the thing. Spouse was pissed off that he interrupted her favorite radio show.
I simply adore Anderson Cooper. I wouldn't kick him out of bed for any reason. I don't care what his "situation" is.
does he have a Swan plastered onto his jeans?
No, but I bet he's ogled a few of the lead male dancers from "Swan Lake" in his day.
How the hell did he escape Kathy Griffith's outing him on that NYE tv show?
I've thought for a long time that he was officially out? Where did I get that idea??
He's delusional if he thinks he's off-limits personal questions.
