About My Earlier Post Regarding the Abortion Doctor's Murder
Sometimes things happen that are so horrible, so outrageous and so unfair, I just want to say count me out on this round because I just can't stand it.
Of course that's what prompted my earlier rant- I used the gay rights thing as a handy excuse to stay out of this issue because I'm just so goddamn sick of right-wing nuts with guns killing anyone with whom they disagree.
They say they want to protect the unborn, so they kill human beings to prove it?
I don't like handguns, so maybe I should buy one and go shoot a few gun sellers? Makes the same amount of sense.
I'm fucking sick of fanatic right-wing lunatics with guns who think they have a right to kill people.
If we on the left had comparable nuts, guys like Limbaugh, O'Reilly and Beck would be dead by now.
Obama needs to put some teeth in hate crime prosecution and he needs to do it now.
Enough is enough.
Terrorism is terrorism, regardless of which bastard is doing it.

the pendulum swung really hard over to the fundie side when chimpy and the rethugs had all the power. they constantly gave a wink and a nod to the crazies. is there another explanation as to why randall terry was the one to get jeb bush involved in the terry schiavo affair? it sounds like eric holder responded quickly, but i think it's important for someone--either holder or obama--to say vehemently that hate crimes are a priority.
I think they need to convict the murderer *and* indict a couple of his co-conspitarors to go with it, like that seahag leader of one of those rabid anti-choice groups he was in contact with just before he struck.
A strong message needs to be sent.
Maybe people like Limbaugh wouldn't be so pro-gun if someone put a bullet in his spine and made him a permanent quadraplegic.

I'd love to know if any of those pro-choice male pigs who spearhead the hate movement have contributed one penny to help any of the women who decided against abortion. And even better, how do the pigs feel about food stamps and other entitlements that many single mother's and their children rely on for survival?
It would be fun to have a camera in their faces when asked these questions, Michael Moore style.

If the fetus is a human being, why are there never any funerals or even death certificates for miscarriages?
Abortion offends these kind of men because it represents to them a loss of power and control over women.
Life ends at birth, Big Sis... right?
Then we're all on our own, learning the many valuable lessons of free markets and stuff.
