If the map had been pre-drawn and the names already on each state, George W would not have been able to retrace and get the names of the states right without screwing up somehow.
I'm sure even now you could spot Bush the first three letters of each state and he wouldn't be able to name them all. Franken majored in math at Harvard-Bush majored in family legacy.
