Fucking With the CIA? I Wouldn't Do It

On Friday, Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., vice chairman of the Intelligence Committee, said, "Revealing the identity of a covert agent is the type of leak that gets people killed.
"Not only does it end the person's career... it puts that person in grave personal danger as well as their colleagues and all the people they have had contact with."

I wonder if he meant the agent gets killed, or the leaker gets killed?
Hmm.

I've been wondering, since this all started, just what kind of retribution the CIA is likely to take against the leaker or leakers.

More than likely, it will be good. And also more than likely, we will never know about it.

My political nemesis Clyde compares outing a CIA agent to Sandy Berger stuffing Xeroxed documents down his pants.
He said Scooter Libby would likely just get a slap on the wrist.

After observing Patrick Fitzgerald's press conference, I somehow doubt Scooter's wrist is in much danger.
His ass might be another story.

yeah...unless an undercover CIA agent takes a job as a guard.
