Dubya's speech tonight
Tight scripted so he can read
Phonetically

He'll out start like this:
"My fellow Americans"
and end with cliches

if the budget's so weak
why is he wanting billions
for his daddy's war?

sad old ladies say
where are our prescriptions, George?
he say he don't know

beauty's just skin deep
but dumb like George Dubya's
goes right to the bone

Karl Rove, where are you?
he's under the podium
hand up puppet's butt
