Baby Jake is starting to be a genuine kitten now instead of just a little fuzzball without many skills. He and his sisters are starting to scamper around, climb onto people's legs and generally entertain like...well, kittens.
I can't wait till February 1 when I can bring him home.

Oooh, footwear, my second favorite topic. These are chukkas made by Simple. They call it "cat-scratch" leather because it comes with very tiny scratches in it. Now they have even more tiny scratches.

The widdow baybee, as it turns out, is the most cuddly, affectionate kitten in the litter, according to my daily report from his surrogate Mama.
He loves to be held and petted while he listens to babytalk.
