Gee, Look at the Communists!

I'm really peeved about an item I read in today's news.
It seems someone sent out an e-mail with a photo in it of Sen. Obama wearing the native dress of Kenya when he visited there in 2006 as a senator.
Matt Drudge posted it, alleging it originated from Camp Hillary.
Though I wouldn't entirely dismiss the charge offhand, I don't think Hillary or her aides would be ignorant or intolerant enough to make Obama's costume an issue.
In an era when Bush has destroyed so much of America's global goodwill, I think any legislator who visits another nation on our behalf should consider paying respects by wearing traditional garb, even if only for a brief photo op.
I have teased about Obama and his followers, but I'll defend him to the end when he's being singled out for cheap shots like this.

If Hillary was behind this, she deserves to lose. It's dirty, xenophobic politics at its worst. But it smells more to me like a GOP trick, and Matt Drudge is an admitted Republican.

I don't get the hubbub. You can see that he has on khakis and a polo shirt under the garb and some dude is telling him about the outfi. We also saw pix of him with his little "Granny" in a hut in Kenya and he looked very endearing. So why is he whining about being insulted now? I hope he doesn't turn out to be a big fat hypersensitive cry baby. I'd be so disappointed.

boy howdy, I just caught Hillary and Chelsea in their Asian hats, wow, that's bad. They're the ones that ought to be insulted/embarrassed.

The whole thing smells like Republican Swiftboaters to me.
I'll bet they are busily photoshopping all sorts of Obama photos as we speak.

It should be a crime to abuse Photoshop.

Dusty, being in Texas amidst primary season has really gotten sickening. The non-stop ads, the news saturation and the shit slinging is giving me a huge headache.
It's like enduring the semi finals of the NBA playoffs.

I'm not feeling too anxious this election season because Bush will be gone and there's no way in hell McCain is going to be the next Prez.
