Tonight's Debate: What to Expect
You can expect McCain to be stiff, grumpy and mumbling.
You can expect Obama to be unflappable.
You can expect McCain to bring up Bill Ayres.
You can expect Obama to smile and react calmly, as if Grandpa's Sundowner's Syndrome is flaring up again.
You can expect McCain to mention cutting capital gains taxes, without mentioning that the only people getting capital gains right now are multi millionaires.
You can expect Obama to deftly shove that idea down the old seadog's gullet.
You can expect to see Obama's Mona Lisa smile.
You can expect McCain's expression to more closely resemble Edvard Munch's "The Scream."
Ahh.
I love the smell of toasted Republicans in the evening.

I'll probably watch, but I feel like after the second one, I've done my duty. I'll watch only so I can have my own reactions to the thing before everybody tells me how I'm supposed to think about it.
I'm not sure McPOW will mention Ayers by name but I'm sure there will be some coded language. Sure, they're desperate, but McFossil still thinks he can be seen as a good guy and not the tool for the psycho wings of the GOP that he currently is.
McCain already announced he plans to mention Ayres and I hope he does.
People are losing their homes and going bankrupt-they don't give a damn about what some guy did when Obama was 8.
Polls have shown that, but McCain seems impervious to information that shows exactly why he's way off base.
He cannot learn and he cannot adapt to new concepts.
His brain is petrified.
He already announced he'd talk about Ayres? But... But... "You don't say that out loud!"
What a tool.
i love how mcstupid is announcing what he will do
a - give obama time to prep
b - if he doesnt he again just looks like a doddering old fool
hey when friggin NOrth Dakota is in play i guess you do throw spaghetti against the wall
Ahh. I love the smell of toasted Republicans in the evening.
Smells like....... Victory!
McDesperate can not do anything to make his numbers go up..I swear to Buddha.
But I hope he is at least entertaining. ;p
That's pretty much what I expect too, but you said it much better than I could have! LOL!!
This morning at work I was talking politics to two 24 year old guys I've taken under my wing.
I was trying to explain to them how bad a strategy it is to announce to your opponent what you plan to do next.
I had one of them get into a boxing stance and I did too. I said, "Okay, now I'm gonna throw a right hook to your jaw."
He instinctively raised one arm to block.
We all started laughing.
Did those boys smile and react calmly to you Zip?
Seriously, I think the old man will take the chicken shit way out and be cryptic about the Ayres b.s. because he can't be positive that O won't bring up G Gordon Liddy, or even Rev Muthee.
If only.
I am writing up a post on this article later...but McDesperate has his own ties to terrorists:

Hopefully the Big O will mention the guy in the article if McDesperate is dumb enoough to bring up Ayers.
Sis,
Are you kidding?
Those guys are great pals of mine and they're both voting for Obama.
As for McCain, I think he'll chicken out too, but if he doesn't I hope Obama stuffs that Timmins and Hussein connection right up his saggy old ass.
i think the most (and maybe only) interesting thing will be watching how capt underpants acts now that he has to be tethered to a chair. what will he do with his nervous energy now that he won't be allowed to wander all over the place? he can't walk off his anger. i'm hoping he explodes. i doubt he will, but it will be fun watching him as he tries to contain himself.
nonnie you just made me spew water. I can't help it, the wandering gets me, did you see what the Daily Show did with that? I nearly peed myself.
Ms. Zipdrive, just a head's up, couldn't resist quoting you AGAIN so it's on my most current post, FYI.
Keep this up Helen and I may have to break my engagement with Nonnie9999.
;)
;)
i already paid the caterer!
Just testing you.
You know you're my number one bloggy-dear.
Sorry, Helen.
;)
Rats. Diddled with and dropped... AGAIN!
Hey, wait!
No diddling took place!
Besides, I don't even know if you or Nonnie are gay!
:/
And I'll NEVER TELL!
OK I will. Love women but don't diddle 'em :)
You called that right!
I left out Joe the Plumber. I think that was McCain's idea of an "October surprise."
I just spewed Hanson's root beer all over my mouse!! McLame's October surpise is Joe the Plumber!
